These pull-overs are authentically made in the classic Austrian methods of the Dachstein Region in Austria, nearly identical to that of the once well known but now gone, Lachner Wolle of Austria that were imported to the US in 70's and 80's by Climb High. The hot water (often referred to as "boiled wool") process gives each garment incredible durablility, water repelancy, wind protection, and functionality that preserves these high altitude alpine equipment pieces forever in the Alpinist's kit.
